The Movie Exhibition

Media culture department of Kunsan National University was proceeding on a movie screening. The theme was ‘Film Festival which a just likes.’ ‘Film Festival which a just likes’ is a group that screening independent. The group had a first movie screening on the 7 pm. November, 4, 2015. The place was college of liberal arts structure’s lecture theatre. The event cooperates with Media culture department. And screening cost was 5,000 Won.

Film to be screened is ‘Factory Complex.’ ‘Factory Complex’ is independent film and documentary. The film’s director, Heung Soon Im shows us the images of female workers. Female workers who sacrifice herself for family or her dream are effort to survive. The movie asks a question to audience. ‘What is the Work to You?’

‘Film Festival which a just likes’ is just finished first screening. Many independent films are useful and valuable to students. Also, independent films are implicit social problem and history, irrationality. And these movies are giving many thought. The thoughts are promotive of our thinking and maturate us. Surely, just focusing on fun or exciting and lewd things are not very helpful. Sometimes that has bad influence. So, I want ‘Film Festival which a just likes’ show movies constantly.
