Unknown absence process methods
The reasons for absences currently accepted by our university are disease, hospitalization, menstrual absence, entrance exams, job interviews, and matters for congratulations and condolence. The request from General Girl Students Association for a menstruation absence was accepted by the student support and was implemented on September. Many female classmates, however, do not know about it or do not know how to apply for it. So let's find out the meaning and application method of menstruation absence and about the absence process.
A menstruation absence is a system that allows attendance to be accepted for an absence in the case of menstrual pain. It targets girls who are attending Gunsan University; you can apply to the department office up to two times per semester. After receiving an attendance confirmation letter through the department office you should submit it to the department office within seven days after completion. Another method is to fill out a form for approval of absence on the Kunsan website, at: Academic Information > Academic Support > Form Data Center, and submit it to the department office.
In addition, those who are scheduled to graduate need to enter [the Department of Computer Information and Communication Engineering > Communication Engineering Major > Community > Notice] then download and fill out the form which can authorize attendance for early employment, and then submit it to the department office
The important thing to note here is that the graduate schedule is divided into early workers, interns and trainees, and single business operators, and the required documents are different, so be sure to check and prepare the notice given above.
Since September, the menstruation public absence has improved the inconvenient experiences of female students. But it seems that the schools need to communicate better with their students, including posting all the information as public notices on the notice board. If you would like to know more about it, you can visit the department office and ask them to put out handouts for information on attendance recognition, as amended by the Regulations for Class Management, or contact an academic advisor.
