Our University‘s LINC+ Project Group With the Region

 At our university, there is a LINC+ project group (hereinafter referred to as LINC+ project group) tailored to society. The LINC+ project group is carrying out various activities in connection with industries and schools. The LINC+ project group aims to develop industrial competitiveness by discovering and settling industries suitable for the region through industry-leading industry-academic cooperation with the region, and is operating to play a leading role in solving community problems.  First, our university's LINC+ project group focuses on four major goals: △establishing a demand-linked manpower training system, △establishing a community/corporate innovation support system, △establishing a regional future industry creation system and △strengthening capabilities related to industry-academic cooperatives. Based on close cooperation with local industries and local communities, the company is taking preemptive measures suitable for the 4th industrial revolution to △foster future convergence and complex talent, △establish an interactive industry-academic cooperation system and △support for companies.

 This project aims to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of local industries, such as solving community problems and establishing an industry-academic research platform in the △Gunsan Regional Industry-Academic Association, and △University-Industry Cooperation Group. In addition, it is taking the lead in building new industries in the future by upgrading its industrial structure, entering to the Gunsan National Industrial Complex, to lead local industries to cope with the crisis in Gunsan.
