An interview with an exchange student in China

1. Please introduce yourself .

My name is Wang Qiongxin（王琼欣)，21 years old，I studied at Gunsan university, and majoring in Chinese and Chinese literature. I came to here at September 3. And I plan to go back China at January.

2. How did you come to Korea? And how is life in Korea?

First of all, I like Korean idol for many years. And then I interested in Korea. This experience gives me many chance to make friends with different country's people.

When I arrived in Korea, came to Gunsan University, Korean teachers and friends are friendly, they helped me a lot. For example, I participate in a BUDY program at Gunsan University. My BUDY helps me to know what I don’t know well and sometimes introduces Korean food. Also I can’t Korean well, So I hardly to understand teacher’s words. But my classmates helpe me do study.

3. What is your goal during your exchange students?

First, I came here for expanding my horizons, attending many activities held by school at close range. And I expect that My horizon will be broadened after it.

Second, I want to find My fitting job in the future that suits me. I don't have a specific career path, but I want to think slowly by having a lot of experience

Third, I want to travel a lot in Korea. I will take interesting photos and make Korean friends a lot in school. I would like to make happy memories in Korea when I go back to China.

4. How was your trip to Korea?

I enjoy traveling. I would like to visit many places in Korea. In September, I went to Jeonju with my boyfriend and had good time. I saw many beautiful wall paintings in Jeonju, I tried Korean street food and experienced Korea culture ,wearing Hanbok. My experience in Jeonju, a good chance to get to Korea, became a meaningful time for me.

And I planned to visit Seoul with my boyfriend at the end of October. I like Korean idol, I expect to come across idol in Seoul.

5. You seem to be interested in many things. Is there any other interest?

I like beauty. Beauty is healthy body, clean clothing and gives me positive attitude

I think Beauty seems to be very popular in Korea. So I want to meet the latest beauty in Korea.

6. Lastly, is there anything you want to say to Korean students?

I am happy that Korean students have given me a lot of help.
I want to make good memories with Korean students during the second semester.
Also, I want to travel many places in Korea. If there is a good place, please recommend it to me.
